We provide a lifetime guarantee on the authenticity of our gold (100 % certified in 10k, 14k, or 18k).

This authenticity guarantee does not cover damage, breakage, wear caused after use, or misuse of the jewelry.

We do not accept returns or refunds under any circumstances. However, we gladly offer exchanges if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Klarna Purchases – Special Return Rights
For purchases made using Klarna as the payment method:

Customers have the right to return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, with free return postage, in accordance with Klarna’s Merchant Protection Policy.

Custom or personalized jewelry (including engraved items) may also be returned for a full refund, provided the items are unopened, unused, and undamaged.

All Klarna-related returns must be shipped to the return address listed above.
Exclusions
The following items cannot be returned:

Items showing any signs of use, alteration, or wear.

Products purchased under the Annual Care Plan (this plan is not eligible for Klarna payments).
